In addition, certain tasks should be performed periodically to keep your equipment in good condition and reduce the impact of dirt in your establishment:
Air exchanger
- Clean the filters every 6 months.
- Remove the heat recuperator and let it soak in warm water with mild soap.
- Rinse thoroughly and drain before reinstalling.
HVAC System
- Replace filters according to manufacturer’s requirements.
- Vacuum the return registers every 6 months to prevent dust accumulation.
Dryer duct
- Professional cleaning every 2-3 years (depending on use).
- Cleaning the filter after each use greatly reduces the accumulation of residues in the duct.
Wall mounted heat pump
- Clean the filter every 6 months.
- Gently vacuum the coil.
- Run a damp cloth over the shell.
Kitchen hood
- Regularly clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the hood. Use products specially designed for this purpose.
- Depending on the condition, clean or change the kitchen hood grease filter.
Like residences, businesses must carry out a complete cleaning of their establishment periodically.
